Ingrediants
- Bread-any kind
- For Masal-Onions,tomatoes finely chopped 1/2 cup,green peas 1/2 cup
- Powders-turmeric,redchilli
- Seasoning-mustard seeds,curry leaves
- Oil
- Salt-to taste
Heat a pan,add oil,when oil is heated,add all the seasonings,then add onions saute for 2 mins,add the tomatoes and saute for 2 mins.Now add the peas and the powders.Cook till the peas are cooked and the raw smell of the powder goes away.It may take 3 to 4 mins.
Heat another pan,toast the bread slices in butter/ghee and keep it aside.Place the stuffing in between two slices of bread.Bread masal is ready.You can have 2-tier or 3-tier depending on how much hungry you are.
